Multiscale Modeling as a Service (MMaaS) - overview

Our team employs state-of-the-art simulation technology using IBM high performance computing servers to study and tackle problems that are fundamentally important in life science and health care industry such as immunotherapy, neuroscience, vascular modeling, protein folding/misfolding, nanomedicine and ligand-receptor binding. In particular, we have developed novel methodologies and techniques combined with machine learning for multiscale modeling of complex biological systems, elucidating the underlying mechanisms at the atomic, molecular, cellular and tissue levels, providing essential and valuable insights that cannot be obtained by experimental methods alone. Our experienced computational approaches in cheminformatics and bioinformatics have led to the successful completion of numerous high-profile projects collaborated with various external prominent research institutes and Fortune 500 companies.
