Michal Malka           

Michal holds B.Sc (Computer Science) with honors from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, working as a manager of the Cloud Foundations group at the IBM Haifa Research Lab. The group expertise is centered on distributed software systems research, design, and development, in the are of fundamental technologies for large scale distributed systems. The group's current activities focus on Developing Microservices run time fabric to be able to manage and secure Microservices, development of AIOps tools to improve the accuracy of monitoring alerts in large Cloud services, such as Watson and IBM Cloud infrastructure. previously to becoming a manager Michal led and contributed to various projects around cloud services and client security.
