Silicon integrated nanophotonic high-radix switch arrays for next generation computer systems
Abstract
We review results on design and development of 4x4 silicon nanophotonic non-blocking switch arrays integrated with driving analog CMOS circuits for circuit-switched optical networks. Such high-radix optical routers are envisioned for future Exascale computer systems. ©2010 IEEE.
