We have observed a Curie-Weiss temperature dependence for electron critical scattering in In-EuS junctions which applies to within a few degrees of the ordering temperature Tc. The law holds both above and below Tc from 4.2 to 300°K. Above Tc the magnetoconductance is G(H,T)=G0(T-Tc)+G1TH2(T-Tc)-2, where G0 and G1 are constants. These results are explained by a model based on critical scattering in the mean-field limit. © 1971 The American Physical Society.
