I graduated with a Ph.D. in Algorithms Combinatorics and Optimization from Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. My thesis was on Approximation Algorithms for Sequencing Problems, which was advised by Prof. R. Ravi.

Prior to that I received a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.

My research interests are in Combinatorial Optimization and Approximation Algorithms, and particularly in routing, scheduling and network-design problems.
