I am a Postdoctoral Researcher in Center for Computational Health at IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center. Before joined IBM, I was a Research Assistant with the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering and School of Medicine at University of Washington, Seattle from 2013 to 2016. I also worked as research intern at Group Health Research Institute in 2013, data scientist intern at LinkedIn from 2014 to 2015, and research intern at IBM Research in 2016, respectively.
My research interests include Machine Learning, Data Mining, and their applications to Computational Medicine and Health Informatics. I am mainly involved in real world signal detection, translational informatics research, as well as disease modeling and prediction in Center for Computational Health, particularly in projects focusing on drug safety, type I diabetes modeling, and precision medicine.
