I joined IBM India Research Lab in 2002 and I have used my expertise to develop solutions in the areas of decision support for marketing analytics, workforce optimization, risk modeling, resource allocation and unstructured information management. Some solutions were directed for internal IBM deployment and some for external clients. Prior to working for IBM, I worked at start-up's in the areas of credit risk modeling and secure video delivery. I have a PhD from the University of Cincinnati and B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from IIT-Bombay, all in Electrical Engg.
My current focus (2013) is on helping IBM develop create offerings in the Business Analytics space specifically relating to customer and marketing analytics such as the IBM Contact-to-Close (C2C) Hub
