I joined IBM Reseach Lab in 2008 and since then I have been working in workforce management contributing to topics like Capacity planning, designing decision support systems for workforce deployments, Faciltiy/resource utilization, call center scheduling etc.

I received my M.S. is Operations Research from University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill in 2007 and B.Tech. in Industrial Engineering from IIT-Delhi in 2005. Prior to working with IBM, I worked with Capital One (Richmond) in their product strategy for credit cards.

My current research areas include risk modeling, discrete event simulation of dynamical systems, Mathematical programming techniques applied to workforce management in emerging markets.
