Orith is a researcher in the Speech Technologies group at IBM Haifa Research Lab. Her main research interests are speech recognition, speaker recognition, speaker diarization, and emotion detection.

Orith received her B.Sc. in Physics from Tel Aviv University in 1990, her M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in 1992, and her Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University in 1997.
